Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of All-Near Pharmacy, responsible for driving sales, providing expert product knowledge, and ensuring a top-tier shopping experience for our customers. Your primary focus will be on engaging with customers, recommending suitable products, and effectively promoting our key items, including the Patyotinic brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate pharmacy and wellness products.

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Develop expert knowledge of our product range, with a focus on promoting Patyotinic and other high-value items.

Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.

Process incoming inventory and manage product displays.

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a retail sales role; experience in a pharmacy, health store, or similar environment is a strong plus.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong ability to persuade and upsell products effectively.

Basic math skills and experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.

A passion for health, wellness, and helping others.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
