As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of our community programmes and events. This position is perfect for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating programmes and activities for diverse community groups
Handle logistics, scheduling, and venue arrangements
Support planning, preparation, and administrative tasks
Maintain programme documentation and reports
Contribute to marketing and promotion of events
Requirements:
Able to work independently and stay organised while managing multiple tasks
Comfortable adapting to changing needs and supporting time-sensitive projects
Good communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Enjoys engaging with diverse groups across the community
Willing to support programmes during weekends, public holidays, and evenings
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
Experience with ARS will be an added advantage
