Oserve Qatar, a leading Grade A MMUP licensed Quantity Surveying consultancy based in Doha, is expanding its team. We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers for positions in Qatar, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and our outsourced office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
If you have 5–10 years of GCC experience in pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying, we want you on our team. Join a well-established firm with a strong reputation in the construction and engineering sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5–6 years of experience as a QS in GCC (senior roles available for 6–10 years experience)
Proven skills in measurements (Structural, Architectural, MEP)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
