We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele-Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, generating leads and driving business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database.
Explain our products/services and generate qualified leads for the business development team.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Achieve weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address basic customer queries.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and convincing abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
