1. Nursing Faculty Positions
Principal: M.Sc. Nursing with 15+ years of total experience, including 10+ years of teaching experience post-M.Sc. A Ph.D. is desirable.
Vice-Principal: M.Sc. Nursing with 12+ years of total experience, including 10+ years of teaching experience post-M.Sc. A Ph.D. is desirable.
Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor / Nursing Tutor:
Eligibility: M.Sc. (Nursing) with specialization in OBG, Community Health, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, or Medical-Surgical Nursing.
Experience must be as per the guidelines of the J&K Nursing Council and INC (Indian Nursing Council).
2. Pharmacy Faculty Positions
Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor
Eligibility: As per the norms of the J&K Paramedical Council and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
3. Administrative & Support Positions
HR Manager: Preferably an MBA or Master's degree in HR. An LLB will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience.
