Hiring Female Civil Engineer - Estimation and Billing

Abdul Salam Mir Construction Company Pvt. Ltd., a established name in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Female Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Srinagar. This role is critical for our projects, focusing on the estimation and billing processes.

We are looking for a proficient professional with a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record in cost management and project billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.

Manage the entire billing process for ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine project costs.

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients regarding billing and estimation queries.

Maintain and update project documentation related to costs and budgets.

Ensure all financial aspects of the project comply with company standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in estimation and billing within the construction industry.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
