Le Délice French Bakery is expanding and looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing family. We are conducting a large hiring drive for multiple positions and invite both experienced professionals and enthusiastic freshers to apply.

1. Taxes and Compliances Manager (2 Positions)

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and Tax Knowledge)

Experience: 3-4 years as an Accounts Manager in Tax Compliances

Eligibility: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Payroll and taxes.

Handle vendor Ledgers for TDS.

Prepare monthly financial reports.

Handle Advance Taxes.

Ensure ROC / DIC / ITD / GST compliance with proper documentation.

2. Sales Manager (2 Positions)

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 4+ years (Hospitality Industry Experience preferred)

Eligibility: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team.

Create strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.

3. Bookkeepers (18 Positions)

Salary: Negotiable

Eligibility: 12th Pass (Commerce Background preferred)

Experience: 1-2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage billing at the counter.

Handle cash, UPI, and card payments.

Maintain accurate Daily cash & Sales register.

Provide polite and friendly customer service.

We are looking for an honest, attentive person who is good with numbers.

4. Commis 3rd (15 Positions)

Salary: Negotiable

Eligibility: 12th Pass; IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) background is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Commis 1 & Commis 2 in routine bakery tasks.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Desired Qualities:

Basic knowledge of baking or a willingness to learn.

Discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Previous experience in a bakery is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
